Description
Pantyliners, also known as panty liners or panty shields, are thin, absorbent pads designed for everyday use to provide light protection against vaginal discharge, spotting, and moisture. The ingredients used in pantiliners can vary by brand and type.
Request QuoteAbsorbent Core: The pantyliners have a very thin absorbent core made of materials like Air laid Core and with/without superabsorbent polymers (SAPs). This core can help absorb small amounts of moisture and prevent it from spreading.
Top Sheet: It comes into contact with the body and is made of soft non-woven fabric to help wick moisture away from the skin and keep the user feeling dry and comfortable.
Distribution Layer: It is located beneath the top sheet to help evenly distribute the flow throughout the absorbent core.
Back sheet: The outermost layer of the pad, which prevents leakage and is made of a PE plastic film.
Release Paper: the siliconized Adhesive Paper strips on the back of the pad help keep it securely attached to the underwear.
Embossing: It helps to increase pad integrity, the liquid channeling in the pad length, and to provide some decoration.
Additional Options:
Fragrance (optional): A light fragrance to help mask odors.
Individual napkin wrapping: It keeps the napkin hygienically packed and protected until usage.
