Baby diapers are designed to provide absorbency, comfort, and leak protection for infants and toddlers. The composition of baby diapers can vary depending on the brand and type of diaper.
Request QuoteAbsorbent Core: The absorbent core is the central part of the diaper responsible for absorbing and retaining moisture. It can consist of several layers of materials, including:
– Fluff Pulp: Fluff pulp is a type of wood pulp that is fluffy and highly absorbent. It is commonly used in the absorbent core of diapers.
– Superabsorbent Polymer (SAP): SAP is a synthetic material that can absorb and retain a significant amount of liquid. It is often mixed with fluff pulp in the absorbent core to enhance absorbency.
Top Sheet: It comes into direct contact with the baby’s skin. It is typically made of a Soft non-woven fabric designed to wick moisture away from the baby’s skin, keeping it dry and comfortable.
Distribution Layer: It is located beneath the top sheet to help evenly distribute the absorbed urine flow throughout the absorbent core.
Back Sheet: The outermost layer of the pad, which prevents leakage and is made from clothlike material.
Waist Band: The elastic waistband feature helps ensure a comfortable and secure fit around the baby’s waist
Pad Embossing: It helps to increase pad integrity, liquid channeling in the pad length, and to provide some decoration.
Elastic Legs: They increase fitness and comfort.
Elastic Cuffs: They increase fitness and comfort.
Fasteners: Diapers can have various types of fasteners to secure the diaper in place. These include adhesive tabs, hook-and-loop closures (such as Velcro), or stretchable side panels.
Additional Options:
Wetness indicator: It changes color when the diaper is wet, making it easier for parents to know when it’s time for a diaper change.
Fragrance: A light fragrance to help mask odors.
