Adult Diapers

Description
Adult diapers, also known as incontinence briefs or adult briefs, are designed to manage urinary or fecal incontinence in adults. These products are typically made with materials that provide absorbency, comfort, and odor control. The ingredients and components of adult diapers can vary depending on the brand and type.
Request QuoteAbsorbent Core: The absorbent core is the central part of the adult diaper responsible for absorbing and retaining urine and feces. It may contain several layers of materials, including:
-Fluff Pulp: Fluff pulp is a type of wood pulp that is fluffy and highly absorbent. It is commonly used in the absorbent core of diapers.
-Superabsorbent Polymer (SAP): SAP is a synthetic material that can absorb and retain a significant amount of liquid. It is often mixed with fluff pulp in the absorbent core to enhance absorbency.
Top Sheet: It comes into direct contact with the user’s skin. It is typically made of a soft non-woven fabric designed to wick moisture away from the skin, keeping it dry and comfortable.
Distribution Layer: It is located beneath the top sheet to help evenly distribute the absorbed flow throughout the absorbent core.
Back Sheet: It is the outermost layer of the pad, which prevents leakage, and it is made from clothlike material. It can be PE partially or fully laminated with NW. The material can be designed to get sticked with side tape anywhere.
Elastic Cuffs: They help provide a snug fit and prevent leakage around the legs.
Pad Embossing: It helps increase pad integrity and the liquid channeling in the pad length, and to provide some decoration.
Elastic Legs: They are used to increase fitness & comfort.
Fastening Tape: It is in the form of adhesive tabs, hook-and-loop closures (like Velcro), or tape tabs to secure the diaper in place.
Frontal Loop Tape: It is used to stick Hook tape on it for assuring the Closing system (Optional).
Wetness Indicator: The wetness indicator changes color when the diaper is wet, making it easier to know when it’s time for a diaper change.
