Sanitary napkins, also known as sanitary pads or menstrual pads, are absorbent products designed to be worn by individuals who menstruate to manage menstrual flow. They are an essential item for many people during their menstrual cycles and provide comfort, hygiene, and protection from menstrual blood leakage.
Request QuoteAbsorbent Core: It is the central part of the pad responsible for absorbing menstrual fluid. The absorbent core is typically made of wood pulp, and/or superabsorbent polymers (SAPs). SAPs are synthetic materials designed to absorb and retain large amounts of liquid.
Top Sheet: It comes into contact with the body and is made of soft non-woven fabric to help wick moisture away from the skin and keep the user feeling dry.
Distribution Layer: It is located beneath the top sheet to help evenly distribute the menstrual flow throughout the absorbent core.
Back sheet: The outermost layer of the pad, which prevents leakage and is made of a PE plastic film.
Release Paper: The siliconized Adhesive Paper strips on the back of the pad help keep it securely attached to the underwear.
Embossing: It helps to increase pad integrity, the liquid channeling in the pad length, and to provide some decoration.
Individual Napkin Wrapping: It keeps the napkin hygienically packed and protected until usage.
