Light Incontinence

Description
Light incontinence pads, also known as bladder control pads or liners, are designed to absorb and contain minor urinary leakage. The composition of these pads can vary depending on the brand and type.
Request QuoteAbsorbent Core: The core of the pad is the primary component responsible for absorbing and retaining urine. It typically consists of several layers of absorbent materials, which may include:
- Fluff Pulp: Softwood pulp that can absorb liquid.
- Superabsorbent Polymers (SAPs): These are materials that can absorb and retain a significant amount of liquid, turning it into a gel to prevent leakage.
Top Sheet: The top layer of the pad that comes in contact with the skin is usually made of a soft, non-woven material that is gentle on the skin. It helps wick moisture away from the body to keep the user feeling dry.
Distribution Layer: It is located beneath the top sheet to help evenly distribute the urine flow throughout the absorbent core.
Back sheet: The back sheet is the outermost layer of the pad that is in contact with clothing. It is typically made of waterproof or water-resistant PE material to prevent leakage onto clothing.
Release Paper: The siliconized Adhesive Paper strips on the back of the pad help keep it securely attached to the underwear.
Elastics Barriers: NW barriers with Elastics to provide extra protection against leakage.
Embossing: It helps to increase pad integrity, the liquid channeling in the pad length, and to provide some decoration.
